stop scamming people

we have paid out 60000 i0Coin, because i0coin's some bugs which lead to rewards was some rounds behind.

so you always can get your rewards, just wait.

Site is down again.  So far I like the pool and we had good luck today, but the site is not very stable.  Sad

I checked, it seems work well,  which server are using to mining?

you can use

btc.digbtc.net

if it not work, you can use

digbtc.net

if all not work, you can try using ip

173.224.215.168

btc.digbc.net returns a 403 error (forbidden)

digbtc.net does not return any data

173.224.215.168 also returns a 403 error

It works well, so i can't sure what happened with your computer, can you change a ip to test again?

Got a quick question about the stales.

On the main tab of GUIMiner, I've got right now, shares: 9668 accepted, 388 stale/invalid.

On a new tab called Summary, I've got Accepted 9668(237) , Stale 388 (3).

What are the stales in brackets ( ) about vs the higher stales. I'm really hoping I only have 3 stales vs 388 stales.

Thanks.

the numbers in the brackets are for the last hour (to answer your question)
I am using guiminer and cgminer, in the last 24 hours gui has given me 124stales over 4 cards cgminer 0 over  6cards. Do consider looking at other mining software Smiley

This is my stats

b_a a 14074(0.40%) 298
b_b b 8793(0.28%) 407
b_c c 8417(0.56%) 266
b_d d 8634(0.60%) 360

no more than 0.6%, I am using phoenix

Am I calculating wrong or is csgpercent wrong? Using http://www.csgnetwork.com/csgpercent.html shows

b_a a 14074(0.40%) 298

to be 2.117379565155606%

I calculated using http://www.csgnetwork.com/csgpercent.html

my miner, mining with slush's

13016 accepted 58 stale = 0.44560540872771975%

Plz correct me if I am calculating wrong.

Hey,

So those attackers you are seeing using chrome aren't attackers. They are pool hoppers.

-c00w

is it right? it seems slow down the site. so i disable it for some time.
Yes they are regex scraping your HTML for stats.  If you have some inefficient code in your PHP your site will slow to a crawl under the hundreds of requests per second.  The way to fix this is to publish a JSON API for them.  It takes a lot of load off your front-end.  Went through this on our pool already! Example of the JSON output here - https://bitcoinmonkey.com/json/api.php.  The PHP that generates that output is very, very simple compared to the front page of our site.

This weekend our pool became the go-to when the hopper scripts detected all other pools with bad statistics.  We went from 5GH/s to 150GH/s for a couple of hours and gained 500,000 shares!  It was a wild ride.

Thanks, i will add it.

Ohhh!  I see. Hopper scripts are finding that the stats are showing low share round and jumping in to "scrape the cream off the top".

'bout to [fake] reset stats on my pool to get hoppers.  j/k!

There's already a side discussion going on regarding identifying fake pool stats and getting unfakeable stats.

You could, of course just declare a found block and then mark it Invalid. Probably really upset your 247 crowd more than deter the 43ers though.
