really what is the reason of selling out of exhange?

This smells fishy... why not use an exchange..?
There could be 2 possibilities.
1. he wanted to sell them to a high price but failed and now tries to sell them outside the exchange
or
2. He wants to sell them for 1 satoshi each and try to make some variation to the real price of dogecoin.
Anyway is what is up to my mind at the moment, i could be wrong or right, only the OP knows the real version
