This is becoming stressful lately. It is because of many people that do the transactions and they don't send the recommended fee. Miners want to confirm first the transactions with recommended fee or higher than recommended. That is why this situation happens often lately.

Wow, never think about that before, maybe some group are spamming to increase miners profit as people will pay much higher fees for faster confirmation, good point  Smiley

It happens quite often lately. There are too many transactions and the miners just cannot process more.
The miners work normal. From what I see the blocks are processed at normal rate.

Some say that some are spamming the network on purpose to increase the fees.
Some say that some want to harm the network or try to push higher block size.
Some say it's the normal growth of Bitcoin.

Hard to tell. I think that's not the normal growth, but that's just a feeling.
