I preferably use https://etherscan.io/gastracker which also shows you the optimal gas price, but also gives you further information like the time how long it does take to confirm a transaction by sending it with a specific gas amount. This is super helpful when you have the case where transactions have to be confirmed very fast.
You can get the median gas price from blockchair.com (20.00 Gwei). From ETH Gas.watch, the suggest fee is 81 Gwei. Accept the gas price means accept fees at 4 times more expensive.
