I 2nd the PSU

When I started with rigs using more than 4 cards I calculated to 90% utilization and had this same issue now I only buy 1300W Platinum PSU's that equals 65% utilization and I have not had any more issues.

It's almost impossible to diagnose with almost no informations, but i would put my 2 cents on a PSU fault

2nd -- with what little info there is, PSU is most likely the fault.

Remember you shouldn't load your PSU more than 80% for extended periods so do some calculations of the required power of all your equipment to determine if your PSU is large enough.

If your PSU is "rated" to be large enough, get a different reputable brand and try again.
