Newbie usually gets the negative feedback from Vod if they come up to get a loan without collateral. In your case collateral was useless for the forum members.
You can go on and drop a PM to remove it as you were not aware of the rules and wait for the removal.
You can also create a new account as you haven't invested much time on the forum.

You answered your own question within your question (bold text.) If you want Vod to remove his negative feedback, you're going about the wrong way. I suggest you send him a private message, with a more friendly approach. You may actually convince him to remove it.
No reputable lender will accept BCT UID's as collateral, so I doubt your dud accounts elsewhere will have any value here.

For example, 110% or 120% is ideal. If you are asking for 1 BTC loan, you would give Ethereum or something other altcoin in exchange that the lender can cash out for 1.2 BTC IN CASE you do not pay the loan back. Squadhelp is not like this and is a lot of hassle to cashout.
