As far as question of active members is concerned you may see a new post every 5 minutes posted by a new member, that proves that lots of members are active and regarding how many views a post gets following is the facebook's ruleFacebook messages and posts in groups with fewer than 250 people are marked as "seen" after your group members have seen them. If your group reaches 250 members or more, you’ll no longer see who’s seen messages and posts.
