In my opinion IoT/Internet of Things technology will be become popular in crypto market in 2018, because this kind of technologies still new in crypto world. And now only some project that development IoT like IOTA, DATA Streamer, IOTChain and the new project that just finished their ICO is HDAC( Hyundai Digital Asset Currency). All these project in my opinion will huge in 2018 and the price of their coin will going up alot.
Guys, IOT is gonna be big. There are some projects out there like IOTA, Raiblocks, and ITC that are tackling it. It will be interesting to see what comes out of it
I love HoloLens from Microsoft but it's way too expensive.

I won't agree with you. I think that 2018 will be a year of altcoin just like 2017 was a year of bitcoin. Bitcoin era is slowly ending I think. That's why it's better to trade it as soon as the price will just back to $18-20k. It won't go higher I think.
I don't agree that bitcoin's price will go back to 18-20k dollars. But I agree to you that 2018 will be the year for alternate cryptos, and I am hoping for all the coins to pump, not just altcoins but also bitcoin. Hoping that it wont dump again and be back to its price before the pumps. It’s tempting to say that the only technology that will matter in 2018 is Bitcoin. It’s taken hold of our collective consciousness in these waning days of 2017 and will play a major role next year, but there will, naturally, be many other equally and even more important technology stories in 2018.

However I'm concerned about its future a bit. Though bitcoin is having many pros over other assets, currencies etc then also it carried many more cons and we just experienced that one in the start of this month. The BTC fees are getting very high now days and it is weird to handle due to high load of transactions. If we are saying on the one side that bitcoin is advancing then it must recover these transaction situation to fulfil actual needs of the daily users. Otherwise it could become very nonsensical to put our money online. :-)

Totally agree with you, I bet that bitcoin will return to 6-10 mil, and I am going to invest all my money in altcoins
Blockchain is definitely a technologie of 2018 (and 2019-2020 as well). We don't know what will happen to cryptocurrencies (as for me too much of it already), but blockchain will be implemented everywhere
I dont think the same as you, for me, bitcoin and the other ones who are on the top five will be the only "technologies" that will revolutionate everything, and there might be other projects too, but it is still too early.
You have saying the truth and outside bitcoin good projects like dash, bitcoin and wave are going to do very well in 2018! I have be flowing the foregoing coins Ann thread comments and technology development and I believe that there will perform 8x before December next year. Bitcoin will also going do well in 2018. I have been enjoying the past years of bitcoin prices advancements and I think it has give some of us good profit in 2017.

You think so? Its possible, there sure are token that are going to be much useful just as how ETH can be as gas for the tokens under it. But we can't just take btc out of the picture because as we all know btc still is the most used coin by merchants. MS and some car companies invested to it.

I'd say Solar is close to reaching the point at which it can have massive impact, this being the result of the not just more effective panels, but also better batteries.
But no one knows what the fuck is that project, maybe they do not have enough marketing right now, and you all know that if a project doesn't have a proper marketing, then it means that it will be a huge failure.

VR/AR and crypto are trends that will rise in 2018, that's for sure! But don't you see tendency, that all of these trends are connected with crypto?

The one I'm really interested in is VR/AR, it can be so massive when coupled with certain technologies if done correctly. Gaming can fully transition as can the porn industry. These are already 2 of the biggest industries in the world. If technology can be discovered to simulate movement as well then it can be used to simulate flying or rides etc.
Yes I strongly think that BTC not will only survive, but it will achieve it's highest peak, and then it will go through a price correction. I also think that many other alts will survive too. 2018-2019 will be the big boom of cryptocurrencies.
