Talked with Tom again today -

First, he is sending me the holograms that were missing to address issues 1 and 2 above.
Secondly, he is sending me a #20 of the Financial Revolution 1 btc black wallet to give me a matching set.

Lastly, he is allowing me to keep the two wallets that I received that are essentially extras. 

In conclusion - while their shipping had many snafu's and their website inventories are incorrect, Tom quickly worked to address any/all of my issues, often replying within an hour of my email - sometimes faster. I feel that his customer support makes up somewhat for the issues caused by the site and shipping.

Having issues with them as well might just cancel my order all together.

After talking with Frankbitcoin who put me in contact with Tom, I was told or at least understood that the last two on the above list were out of stock and Tom offered to replace them with another wallet of my choosing. I choose this, as it was 2 wallets and would be equal in price to the two above.

My package arrived today and to my surprise, it included all of the ones above (including the two replacements) with the exception of the .5 BTC Metal wallet. I was not expecting to receive the sandblasted one.

Issues:

1. Both bills are missing holograms.
2. The red cedar wallet is missing holograms.
3. The replacement set (Financial Revolution .5 and 1 btc black wallets) are not matching numbers - even though sold as a set. as there are 100 sets and 100 of each wallet, I would think that they would have matching numbers since Lynx does not sell them separately.

I will reach out to Tom concerning my issues. I will also offer to pay for the additional wallet that was sent, I ordered 4 and the 2 bills, I received 5 and the 2 bills.

In closing - they look great. But execution of the order - from listing sold out wallets to missing holograms - makes it cumbersome to deal with. But mistakes happen and if they rectify the situation, then all is good.

One last note: The .5 BTC Metal wallet is still listed on the site and shows 14 remaining. This is the one that was linked on their twitter feed as being sold out a year ago (the link on the twitter post takes you to this wallet) and the pictures are of a .01 sandblasted wallet vs a .05

Happy to hear.  Tom is a great guy and Lynx is in wonderful hands.  We went through, literally, a selection process.  And he was best suited to take over the reigns.  He has 20+ years of business experience and is an avid lover of the arts.  I'm very curious to see where he takes the company from here and what releases he has planned.  And I, too, am curious as to what he substituted it for.

the .05 I linked to with the twitter post, has a link in the twitter post that takes you to the .5 silver metal (but the website has pics of the .01 sandblasted)  the link was posted over a year ago and was to the silver metal one - so if the one at the end of that link is now a sandblasted one, someone changed the website.

either way - if my order is valid, I hope they fulfill it soon. thanks again for your assistance.

I have to add a correction here - Tom actually did reach out to me three days ago and though it was not my first email from Lynx, this one was put in the spam folder so I did not see it, I did see it today and responded. He did state that the sandblasted one is out of stock and offered to replace it with another wallet instead. Also, today I got an email (which did not go to spam) stating my order was 100% fulfilled, so not sure what was sent in place of the sandblasted one and I am curious if I will get the silver one as it was marked out of stock a year ago.

The order shipment email came thru before I saw Tom's email and before I responded.

Everything you ordered is indeed still available.  The .05 you linked to was sold out, that's accurate.

But the one you ordered is the sandblasted silver which was different than the standard silver.  This was the sandblasted version, which is still available. They look slightly different, notice the background sandblast detail:

As for the .1 and .5 bills, I believe there were a couple that were still floating around out there, possibly ones that were returned.  But you'll have to speak with Tom to verify what he has in his hands.  Your order should be valid.  Not sure why he hasnt filled it yet, however, unless he's dealing with some personal issues that we (you and I) are unaware of.

no, my order did not have the gold/bronze/copper.

I had the following:

.05 btc white
.01 btc sandblasted silver
red cedar
.5 btc metal

and then the .1 and .5 bills

in another post I was told that the .01 silver was sold out in another thread and that the .5 was sold out months ago and they referenced a thread on twitter https://twitter.com/LynxCollection/status/1119974377574031361

note the link on the above twitter post takes you to the .5 btc metal wallet with 14 remaining per the site.

one thing I notice now that I did not notice before - on the website for the .5 btc metal wallet - the pics appear to be of the sandblasted version based on the pics and the denomination on the pictured wallet being .01 not .5 --- either way the site says .5 btc metal wallet and shows that there are 14 left (was 15 when I placed my order)

Quick update, I was assuming you were referencing the original Gold, Bronze, and Copper wallets, which are indeed sold out.

Those were different releases, and they are indeed available.

I have no idea why their system allowed you to make the purchase. edit: Those items are indeed available; I thought you were referencing the original Gold, Bronze, and Copper wallets.

But I am no longer running Lynx.  Lynx is now owned by Tom Stanton, so you'll want to reach out to him regarding this and request a refund, as many of those items you mentioned are indeed sold out.  Edit:  Those items are available.  I can't speak for why he hasn't filled the order yet, however.

Hope everyone here is doing well.  I was stock trading as a side hobby while running Lynx and was unable to focus on both, so I ended up transitioning into full-time trading and handed the keys to Lynx over to Tom.  I have not been associated with the company since December of '19.

no - what I mean is I was literally typing the same message and when I hit post it said there was a new message, so I backed up and it was hookzup1 saying he was buying it - so it would have been the same block lol

Always remember, the winning hash is only the winning hash based off the timing of when the raffle is filled. Had you bought all these slots then a different block would have likely been chosen which would likely have a different winning number/letter

It also doesn't help that you're going up against Hookzup1 who is the raffle slayer imo. Congrats!

I have 6  on order but from what everyone here on the forums is telling me, all the ones I ordered are out of stock.
