Yobit is just a piece of junk, I purchased some B3 token there two days ago just to find out that withdrawal were suspended for it
Had to sell for a loss to get my BTC back and I can assure you this is my last transaction there

I'm glad that you changed your mind and dont ever use that exchange ever since it will always give you a headache. And your problem will be solve after several weeks even months, or never since their suppirt sucks.

It's not clear to me whether you were depositing or withdrawing when the issue occurred? If the wallet is in maintenance mode then you're just screwed. Either you have to wait ages for the amount to credit your account/hit your address, or you just don't get it at all.

This is an issue that you have to sort out with yobit.

They have terrible support and coins are always in maintenance. Don't expect much. Realistically you should expect the worst.

This is mostly the issue from yobit but there are times that  they can solve this issue so better to keep contacting them daily as much as possible but So that they can be check your concern..
This is happening to before honestly but it takes 1 week before it solve and hope your 7 weeks waiting this following week will be solve..
Or it will never be fix that is why yobit right now is not good choice if you really wanted to trade. .

The coin (JWL) you are trying to deposit in Yobit has not been in trades much since July. So, i guess that is the reason why its network is totally jammed as there aren't any miners for this coin for sure, and that is the reason why your transaction is not getting confirmed.
You are absolutely correct on which there aren't miners wont really push out that transaction which means this coin would really be considered as dead and for OP its better to moved on and don't mind on those coins because they are just totally sh*t coins and also Yobit isn't really a good exchange to use when making up some tradings. If they do said that wallet is on maintenance why you did still deposit?
Thaught, that yobit disables deposits, when wallet is under maintence. Maybe they disabled the wallet, as they saw the issues.

These people are right, we can't do something about your problem. No miner, possible maintenance for your jwl wallet and yobit is a well known worst exchange.

what can I do ?

Contacting them is hopeless now, they have a worst support but still try your luck. Contact them again for the nth time.
