It is still very early to confirm this because Bitcoin can not break the downtrend, but if Bitcoin has strong growth in April this could happen as most markets are showing signs of recovery good. I hope in April the Cryptocurrency market can recover because I have been waiting for Bitcoin for the past 3 months and this is really a long time.

That's very good news if it's a whale, hopefully it's really happening and it could affect the price rise soon and certainly many are happy to welcome the rising bitcoin.
