That is a spoofed transaction.
No, I sent from my wallet Bitcoin-QT to my wallet blockchain.info
All addresses are correct. 7.8 BTC is still in address 1573v....:
https://blockchain.info/address/1573vMtM5nM6p9ce13hxQHfsuh31qEfit9

How it all happened.
At 7 am 2016-02-22 in the wallet blockchain created two new addresses:
1Dv4nM1eBpasjXssNvF9hb7dnXYoR8JLoZ
1573vMtM5nM6p9ce13hxQHfsuh31qEfit9
At that time, the fees were small, and I first sent the test transaction to the new wallets.

2016-02-22 07:04:41 Test transaction 0.001712 BTC to wallet: 1Dv4nM1eBpasjXssNvF9hb7dnXYoR8JLoZ

2016-02-22 07:07:11 Primary transaction 4.04711 BTC to wallet: 1Dv4nM1eBpasjXssNvF9hb7dnXYoR8JLoZ

2016-02-22 07:08:30 Test transaction 0.003101 BTC to wallet: 1573vMtM5nM6p9ce13hxQHfsuh31qEfit9

2016-02-22 07:10:04 Primary transaction 7.828001 BTC to wallet: 1573vMtM5nM6p9ce13hxQHfsuh31qEfit9

2016-02-22 07:11:50 Primary transaction 1.89530062 BTC to wallet: 1Dv4nM1eBpasjXssNvF9hb7dnXYoR8JLoZ
7c9613a29c0e59c913bc0f4c6f54810b6afb31c0ace7d3a54a81eaec27d6dfe3

When I saw the test transaction on the wallet blockchain.info, I sent the primary amount.
Then I logout of blockchain.info. After the next login, I find the disappearance 7.831102 BTC, address 1573v... , and two transactions on it.
I Immediately understand that this is not stealing, the funds to other addresses were in the wallet.

That is a spoofed transaction.  Most people may not realize but transactions can be acquired enroute at random.  This is what happened in your case and this is why you have not received a reply.  The blockchain was compromised for that transaction. We may be able to find out who compromised it but it's liable to happen again and again.

But did it download a file or something?
No, nothing happens after confirming.

Have you already checked your email account?
There is no .aes.json file.

How did you get ahold of the PK of address 1Dv4...? Is it viewable on your blockchain.info account?
1Dv4...  is visible and is in "Imported Bitcoin Addresses" (with comment "Not backed up by your Recovery Phrase. Transfer into a wallet to secure funds.")
I restored 1Dv4... in Electrum (Private Key Format: WIF).

Blockchain.info switched to HD wallets on Feb 3, 2016, are you sure you did not upgraded since there's also a possibility that you have generated the addresses from an HD wallet. Then again it seems that you have already tried importing the new seed from Settings --> Security --> Wallet Recovery Phrase --> Backup Phrase. But what do you mean they do not display imported addresses? do you mean they created addresses which you don't recognize?
I imported a new seed from blockchain.info into Jaxx, and everything went well - I see a balance from "My Bitcoin Wallet Default" and transactions, but I do not see the imported addresses, as stated in the comment.
Blockchain.info switched to HD wallets on Feb 3, 2016 and transferred all old wallets to the imported addresses forcibly. I don't remember details, because the change in the interface occurred gradually.

The problem is that address 1573vM.... disappeared. In archived and imported addresses, he was never.

mobnepal, thanks, but in my case this article did not help.
In my wallet there is no address 1573vMtM5nM6p9ce13hxQHfsuh31qEfit9. And I can not find the private key from him. There is an address of 1Dv4nM1eBpasjXssNvF9hb7dnXYoR8JLoZ and I have a private key from it.

I tried importing old phrases into Jaxx and Electrum wallets -- they do not recognize it.
I tried to import a new seed phrase (from the wallet blockchain.info) into Jaxx and Electrum wallets  -- wallets do not display imported addresses.

Are the addresses 1Dv4.... and 1573... imported addresses? or generated using blockchain.info?

If not, could you check your email account?
Email account for this wallet was added a week ago. For check "Notifications - Get notified when you receive bitcoin - Receive by - Email". I sent a some bitcoins to the address 1573vMtM5nM6p9ce13hxQHfsuh31qEfit9  -- Notification has not been received.

No I mean check your email if there's a .aes.json file. Some users got their's on their email account.
There should be a search bar there.

if you don't have the backup or unable to find it, try this thing below.
https://blockchain.info/wallet/ {Your ID } ?format=json
How to use it?
"initial_error": Authorization required. Check your email.

What he is saying based on my understanding is that the address that the fund is, is not in his wallet after he sent it to but its showing on the address on blockchain just like every public address. Which means even if you use a tool like wallet explorer, you wont see the address listed and there is no way to get a private key for an address that does not exist in your wallet. I am thinking that he should just go ahead and use tools that is being use to generate private key from blockchain to know if the address in in there somewhere.

If he has wallet.aes.json then he could try decrypting it with blockchain tool? (https://github.com/blockchain/my-wallet-backup-decryption-tool)

That's also another method, Op can try it if the above method didn't work  Cheesy

if you don't have the backup or unable to find it, try this thing below.
https://blockchain.info/wallet/ {Your ID } ?format=json

Haven't heard of this. @OP in case you have your .aes.json file/s, could you do this regardless? since this could be useful

Do you have your .aes.json file/s? If not, could you check your email account?

Maybe importing on multibit Classic v0.5.17 or below could work *https://multibit.org/release-info/classic/v0.5.17.html

I have an old passphrase (47 words).
I have an account login and password.
In the wallet, address 15 is not displayed anywhere. Of course, I looked at / settings / addresses  -- Imported addresses and Archived addresses do not contain address 15.
I tried to restore access to my account using an old passphrase (here https://blockchain.info/wallet/forgot-password  ). Did not help  -- there he give wallet ID, old password from the account and nothing more.
I tried importing old phrases into Jaxx and Electrum wallets -- they do not recognize it.
I tried to import a new seed phrase (from the wallet blockchain.info) into Jaxx and Electrum wallets  -- wallets do not display imported addresses.

Try to make sure that you are not exposing your private key to any site...

What happens to someone if they have the 2fa, pass phrase, password but no private key? Is there any chance such a wallet could be retrieved?
This is not a hypothetical scenario, I know someone who has at least $300k stuck in an old Blockchain wallet from 2013/14.
I think it would be hard to get your wallet back if you don't had even just a seed phrase or private key but i heard that there are some blockchain user can get their wallet back by contacting blockchain support and prove that he owns the wallet providing his email where he send the recovery phrase or private key..I don't know if its real but there's nothing we can do but to try.

Back then there was no seed. Just a passphrase to recover the wallet password.
The problem in this case is, there is everything that needs to be there for the login to be successful but it won't work because they made the wallet upgrade mandatory and on every login attempt it's asking for 2nd password. Blockchain support is also unresponsive so far.

The only mistake, no private key saved from the wallet.

Blockchain.info is known to have some visual bugs so this might also be one of the visual bug. You can try to sweep your wallet (private key of 1573vMtM5nM6p9ce13hxQHfsuh31qEfit9) into electrum so that you can move it wherever you want.

Guide on how to get private key of your addresses from different wallet types of blockchain.info here https://github.com/OmniLayer/omniwallet/wiki/Exporting-Private-Key-from-Blockchain.info-and-Importing-to-Omniwallet.org

(Omit that part of importing private key to omniwallet.org)

Try to make sure that you are not exposing your private key to any site...
I have seen similar cases regarding on this matter but luckily those users did able to get their private keys. Don't expect for Blockchain support to answer you back. You are lucky if they will but I believe they wont really answer you at all. As being suggested above if you do have they keys then you can really import it. Links been given above, no need to repeat.

Reward 0.831 BTC for help with support blockchain.info
Reward 0.1 BTC for help without support

Old problem. 2016-02-22 created two addresses in blockchain.info :
1Dv4nM1eBpasjXssNvF9hb7dnXYoR8JLoZ
1573vMtM5nM6p9ce13hxQHfsuh31qEfit9
With the original Bitcoin-qt, I sent the test and basic transactions to both addresses. All transactions were immediately displayed in the blockchain.info account

With a wallet number 1Dv4nM1eBpasjXssNvF9hb7dnXYoR8JLoZ
all right , BTC came immediately: https://blockchain.info/address/1Dv4nM1eBpasjXssNvF9hb7dnXYoR8JLoZ

With wallet number 1573vMtM5nM6p9ce13hxQHfsuh31qEfit9
also, the BTC came immediately, but after re-Login to the account this wallet (1573vMtM5nM6p9ce13hxQHfsuh31qEfit9) disappeared and my account in blockchain.info not displayed incoming transactions. But the system blockchain.info displays correctly:
https://blockchain.info/address/1573vMtM5nM6p9ce13hxQHfsuh31qEfit9

The problem arose during the transition of blockchain.info to a new interface.
BTC is still on the wallet 1573vMtM5nM6p9ce13hxQHfsuh31qEfit9
Access to the blockchain.info is available. Support ignores and closes tickets.
I have an old recovery phrase (47 words). Tried to recover from Jaxx and Electrum - unsuccessfully.
What do advise?
