Try these (my addresses are in my signature):

NOTE: the TC should be set for your card directly by deleting all bin files, setting the # of shaders and launching CGMiner.  The bin file that gets created will have your optimal TC # in the filename.  Therefore the TC number in my settings may not be your best bet.

Try different settings...
I'm getting approx 670khas/s with this card and I know I should be getting more...
Here you have my settings:
-I 19 --thread-concurrency 15236 --gpu-memclock 1250 --gpu-powertune 20 -w 256 --gpu-engine 1155

Currently undervolting my card by 11% (can't set voltage with hd 7950s) have core clock at 875 and memory clock at 1250. Temps are at 65-70C. Using GuiMiner scrypt alpha. Thread concurrency set at 24,000 intensity 19 work size 256 vector 1 gpu threads 1 use of stratum yes. Currently only getting between 500-525 khash/s. When I'm reading about people getting 625khash and my model card on the wiki page says I should be getting close to 700khash/s. I have gigabyte's hd 7950 with the three fans. Not sure if this matters but I have a phenom II X4 965 BE, 8gb of ram, 500gb hardrive, running windows 8.1, I used to use this pc for gaming but since I heard about doge/feather/lite coins I thought well I haven't completely missed the band wagon yet. Ordered two more 7950s with water blocks on them for optimal cooling.
