I'd recommend testing stability with a 3D benchmark in a loop for a few hours.

Thanks phrozenspite, thats exactly what it was.  Driver must have crashed, restarted pc and all good again!

THANKS

If the driver crashes, it means you're not stable. I'd recommend lowering your overclocks.

Try restarting your PC, reset the overclock settings apply them, restart again, and then apply whatever settings you had before.
What i've found with my cards is sometimes the drivers crash and act screwy, or the overclock is pushed too far and it defaults back to lower settings till you trick it

Same Power supply, its 850W.  Not sure what temps were yesterday, but right now under 80c.  Was running hot like over 90c a few days
ago until I got another fan.  Is it possible overheated and now wont run at a decent hash rate anymore?  Its literally like got up this morning and the hash rate had dropped.

Is it possible something happened to this card?

None of my settings have changed, just did this out of the blue
Its a Sapphire 7950 2L or 3L
