I really don't know what you are trying to do or what is your goal here op if, you are introducing or promoting the platform or you only want to post this thread and then you will earn money when a person click your shorten link that you included in this or where you want to include your shorten link. I did access the website you mention and about 7tron's site design is that it's not that attractive or good if you ask me and what I think about 7tron in my opinion is it looks like that the site is incomplete or the site is still in progress of making and there's too many "COMING SOON" that you can see in the 7tron site. I also checked the website's date creation and according to the result from http://whois.domaintools.com/7tron.io that the site's creation date is on 2019-04-04 as shown in the quote below.
