You will probably need to use an escrow to get people interested in playing. Nobody is going to dispute you have those funds available, obviously it's a small amount but how can anybody be 100% sure you'll pay up if you lose?

Newbies tend to scam and/or runaway even for very low amount like .0001BTC so if you would like to gamble with a newbie it is better to send the bets to a trusted escrow or maybe ask for upfront payment
