I have been experimenting with dual PSU rigs as well due to the shortage of the very popular G2 1300w PSU. I have 2 rigs that are nearly identical running 2 different PSU setups. 1 with 2x eVGA P2 750w and another with 1 eVGA P2 750 and a 1200w HP server PSU.
From what i have read you want all the risers powered by the same PSU as the MB/CPU. It works for me. Some good reading here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/multiple-psus-and-grounding-57914
With the dual 750w setup, there aren't enough plugs to run all the GPUs on the secondary PSU (without splitters), so i have a 3 on the primary, and 4 on the secondary. Unfortunately the primary is pulling 740w, so it is not at peak efficiency.
For the other rig, i have the server PSU running all the GPUs, and all the risers/MB/CPU running on the primary 750w. Note that this way the primary PSU is only pulling 450w or so. You can get the server PSU for a good price here: http://www.parallelminer.com/product/hp-1200-watt-power-supply-kit-for-gpu-mining-platinum-94-zec-dash-eth/ I prefer this method, and have ordered several more of these server PSUs for upcoming builds. The only thing to remember is to power on secondary first, and primary last. When powering down, it is reverse. Power off the primary first, and then the secondary. That's it!

Ah ok
taking that in consideration, Ill add an other PSU .
Thanks
