After some consideration, I withdraw my offer to work/act as an Escrow in this possible deal.
I can fill ths loan for 2.5% interest per week. You must provide at least 120% loan collateral, I will have a stop loss set at 105% to protect me in case the Monero dips in price.

If fjunderwood fail to fill the loan then I can fill it. I have no problem to use escrow. My interest 10% if the price of monero goes below 0.27BTC then I or escrow will have the right to sell the monero to cover the loan. As for your Collateral, it must be at least 120% of the Loan amount. In this case, how much LTC or XMR do you offer for getting a loan of 0.255BTC?
