Also, i suggest you try moving the topic to Scam Accusations Board with all the details of your chats to get much better guidance there.
Don't you think that Scam Accusations board is a bit much for a non-answered support email?
This belongs to Service Discussion. (I just requested to move this topic)

@johnsix12 Coinpot doesn't have an official account or thread here in the forum, they have an "[Unofficial] Coinpot.co - new microwallet" thread though.
Try to post there to see if there's a Coinpot employee roaming here in the forum.

By the way, as I checked the improperly-used BBCodes in your post, I can tell that your Emails were not as "courteous" as you think and maybe that was the reason why Coinpot didn't reply.
Care to quote us a sample of your email?

after you saying you  dont think i was as curteous as i thought i was i went back and looked and was nothing but professional and curteous and was not rude whatsoever

So you didn't even back-up your recovery codes?
This is a serious issue as it would be hard to determine if you are the actual owner or just someone trying to have unauthorised access to the account by trying to bypass the 2FA procedure.

If you feel you cannot backup recovery codes, avoid google authenticator, always use Authy, It has a cloud backup.
