With this, though, it kinda make sense. The effort to get minimum WD, the blocked verification after several attempt, and, again, especially, your response to drop it, as I think someone innocent will pursue this, if not for the amount it'll be for the effort put on this whole thread.
OP has accepted their decision in a polite way without making a lot of drama to prove himself innocent. We should appreciate it even if he has abused the free bonus on 8bet with multiple accounts to reach the minimum withdrawal limit Wink.

I would do the same if I were in your position. We have rarely seen complaints against them here in the forum. Although it doesn't look good when a casino representative takes a long time to clarify the situation, but I would like to trust the statement of 8bet representative regarding this issue.

My only consolation is that I have never deposited a cent on this site and I hope no one will.
thanks to everyone on the forum for the help
well, that was anticlimactic, to be honest, if it was me and I knew that I was innocent I would have asked the representative(since they have finally responded) if they were ok with someone mediating the case. but hey, it's your case and your money.

Hi,
From an initial review it seems this user is creating multiple accounts to abuse the freebies, and therefore probably tripped up some of the automated multiple account checks. It seems quite obvious, because they used sequential email addresses - almost identical nicknames and so on. Very obvious.

The support team do not usually prioritize responding to obvious multiple account freebie abusers - we get hundreds a day. The team focuses on genuine players - and always will.

Thank you for coming here upon an invitation through email.

That's... it?

Though I also have to say that I am not surprised as more likely than not, this is what happened with scam accusations against casinos here, I'll have to say that I am surprised with your response. After the exhaustive attempt done to get them to explain, your response to their rebuttal is basically, "LOL, right. Let's move on."

The direction of the latest narrative is a table turner. Even with their lack of counter-evidence, their answer [and especially your response] somewhat fits a logical thinking. I've been wondering about the why you made a lot of effort for 80 USDC, not only in sense of creating a scam accusation here, but also from the earliest narrative about putting an effort to reach minimum WD and only WD that amount [not depositing to play, won some, and withdraw a larger sum, or other scenario]. I didn't voice that question, as I am well understand that money is a very subjective matter.

With this, though, it kinda make sense. The effort to get minimum WD, the blocked verification after several attempt, and, again, especially, your response to drop it, as I think someone innocent will pursue this, if not for the amount it'll be for the effort put on this whole thread.

in fact they do not send any calls to the telephone number or any text messages to validate the withdrawal
They have never responded to the emails I send every day and in the chat they always write that the operators are busy
Unfortunately, they haven't replied to my email as well. They had replied to me within 4 days when I reached them previously. But they haven't replied to me yet at this time. Ten days have been passed already, which is enough time in my opinion. Is there any deposited funds in your account? Or is it all from the bonus money? You should create a flag against 8bet.io even if your balance has come from bonus only. Their system is messed up, and there is lack of professionalism from them.

Well yes, from what I can figure out from OP's opening post and the image he provided later on, he has 80.797 USDC that he got from bonus, after meeting the minimum threshold.

I would give the casino a benefit of a doubt, thinking that maybe there is a problem with OP's own attempt to withdraw. Perhaps there is a wd fee that exceed OP's total balance, thus with minimum 80 USDC withdrawal plus wd fee, his total balance of ~80.8 USDC didn't cover the wd requirement and can't be processed. Or perhaps OP didn't meet one of the criteria of withdrawing from bonus [minimum wager or others] aside from the minimum wd amount.

But FAIK, the root of the issue itself is the inability to verify account [which needed to confirm withdrawal via OTP]. So... those things above aside, even if the reason why OP can't WD is because he is yet to meet other requirement, they should have helped him with the account verification method.

With all of those said, if OP raised a flag, and we're yet to hear anything from their rep one week from today, with current narrative, I think I am compelled to support the flag.

OP did not came back after he created this thread. It would be good if we could hear any update from him. If there are no new update, I guess the DT members should step forward and Tag their account. Maybe this will be only way to get their attention. Before that, OP need to update his thread and add some valid proof of his claim.

Wait, wait, wait, calm down. Don’t jump to conclusions just yet. OP hasn’t provided the necessary proof to support their accusation, and just because the rep isn’t responding doesn’t mean DT members will automatically tag them. It doesn’t work that way; even if there is an active rep, if they don’t find the scam accusation relevant, they likely won’t take the time to reply.

Since you bolded the part you were replying to, you should have read the next line as well where I sad, Before that, OP need to update his thread and add some valid proof of his claim. Basically, you and I said the same thing. I have seen this happened before. The casino representative account got tagged by the forum member when they do not reply. This is why I said that OP should update his thread with some information and then the DT members should went ahead and tag their account.

You said it yourself...OP didn’t update his post or "did not came back after he created this thread", so it doesn’t look valid. Even if the casino has a rep here, they don’t have all day to respond to every baseless scam accusation since the community can usually tell if it’s legit or not. That’s why there’s a format that needs to be followed, and OP didn’t follow it in his first post. Calling out DT members to act on weak accusations won’t get results.

Anyway, OP have added screenshots just yesterday.

Wait, I am not sure I understand this part correctly. You're actively in chat with them? And whenever you told them that you can't verify [or other reason] they write that the operators are busy? If you happen to be in contact with them through live support and they still replied to you, kindly just redirect them to this thread by telling them that you'll appreciate if the staff who manages their bitcointalk account rep will get back online and address the matter here.

Kindly provide us with screenshot of that conversation I proposed above after you managed to do it.

no response from the chat
no dialogue with support operators
just a popup where you read that the operators are all absent or busy and to fill out the form and they will respond via email

Obviously this never happened
never responded to any emails

[Fixing your quote]

I see.

Given Mahdi has sent them an email a little while ago, I don't think there is much impact I can do by sending them another email. However, let me try to do it, as apparently that's the only means of communication they provide for non-user.

Thanks for your great help and support

@OP, including some evidences in your main post will increase the acceptance of your accusation. However, I do believe in your accusation. Phone number verification system doesn't work on 8bet. They don't give a call to the phone number, which is necessary to verify the number. And their email support doesn't give replies properly. I just sent a message to their email support by informing them about this thread. The last time I had reached their email support on the 12th October of last year. They had replied to the scam accusation after receiving my email.

If I may propose, a better procedure after OP complete their thread with sufficient evidence and information to validate their claim, is for the overseer to try to bring this to the casino's attention, see if they'll come back to the forum and address the situation [kudos to Mahdi for taking this step already], and if after several attempts done and there is still no apparent effort from the casino to get this resolved, then we go with "the DT path".

Since their representative does not answer to any kind of queries, and their live support never answer (according to the OP), what the community should assume about this casino? I checked their website, it seems it is not possible to contact their support without logging in, I guess I don't have an account there.

Wow, this escalates... quickly, LOL.

As always, let's try to deescalate things.

OP, mind to complete your dispute with supporting evidence to help us validate your claim and and understand better what's happening? I'll try to get to them in one way or two after your accusation become valid.

I wouldn't recommend that you PM 8betnews. It looks like a bot. They don't communicate or reply to the users posting in their thread. If it's not a bot, then it's a person whose task is solely to share news about the casino and nothing else. You might have greater luck PMing the OP, 8Bet. The account was last active in late August, but I can see that their post history shows communication in scam accusation threads.

I'll send the account who has been posting on their thread a PM, perhaps he/she can help shed some light as to why they are not replying to you. also, you should post evidence backing up your claim as Russlenat suggested.

Try to post in their ANN thread. - ⚡8BET.io⚡ COINOPOLIS II Crypto Slot ⚡ LOCKED EXPANDING WILD RESPINS 💥

The thread is still active, so you might get help there. But for this thread, make it more legitimate by adding the necessary proof to support your claim.
