If your client is Bitcoin Core, you have to wait for the client to be fully synchronized with the network to the latest block for your transaction to appear.

What wallet are you using? The transaction is confirmed, so the issue is with your wallet software.

The Bitcoin transaction had two outputs:
  • 0.047 BTC to 1BRdyx8EDbLLQF1RxrNsY2UsfCok3PtMvZ
  • 0.43092144 BTC to 1DrfUzRcn6pDjdh1PZ91b3b72gh7WFabkS

The 0.43092144 BTC have since been sent somewhere else, which is why it says "spent". The 0.047 BTC currently remain where they were sent, which is why it says "unspent".
