It might be an issue with their data instead of the network itself. It looks like other trackers don't reflect this drop off: https://stacker.news/items/612375

Hello! Does anyone know what is happening? On bitnodes.io, it shows there are 90.4% fewer onion full nodes, and its market share tank from 63% to 13.32%.
