You'd be wasting time tagging or flagging such throwaway accounts. They will simply create a new one and keep doing what they do. I suppose reporting such posts and getting the user banned is more efficient. I'm not sure how the forum's rules revolve around merit sellers but definitely something the mods should take seriously. On a side note, CryptoTalk forum has become a new source for buying/selling bitcintalk accounts/merits. Moderators will not remove such users, unfortunately, this is not moderated, it remains only to mark such violators with flags and negative feedbacks.
