I don't understand the co-relation between running a casino illegally and asking confidential documents from the players.Do you have rights to ask for such documents ? Mentioning in your terms and conditions doesn't make you a trusted entity to hold our documents.Just quoting your term here,

Quote
We reserve the right to request from you a copy of your proof of identity, address, copies of credit cards, an approval signed purchase history and/or other appropriate documentation when withdrawing credits, so as to provide fast payout, prevent fraud and make all financial transactions secure. If you fail to provide the requested documentation within 2 weeks, or submit fraudulent documentation, we reserve the right to cancel the payout and/or close or lock your User Account

This is the most contradictory statements you will see on most gambling sites. They won't bother you with KYCs when you want to deposit, they simply don't care is the right word. But when its time to withdraw, that's when they will wake up with series of their terms they are now ready to enforce especially when you win big. @Op I think its misrepresentation if you would claim that one can withdraw anonymously and your terms say otherwise. It would be better if you say its being suspended for the time being is still tenable.

Hello olubams,

Thanks for your reply.

There is, indeed, nothing to stop you from depositing. As it is quoted, "so as to provide fast payout, prevent fraud and make all financial transactions.." we request KYC as we are processing payouts instantly.
We are not forcing anyone to make a deposit, but Terms are stated distinctly. Moreover, we are encouraging everyone who decide to play at our Casino to carefully read Terms & Conditions.

Regarding the BIG WINS mentioned, we have had no problems to pay out big wins in past as long as our players are aware of T&C. Most reliable sources that we are doing business properly, based on honest and fairness, are reviews of our players all over the gambling forums. We have nothing to hide and ready to consider every concern of yours and answer to each one of those. Smiley

All the best,
Casino Management

Actually, our KYC is not that heavy.
"all you have to do is to provide your ID and utility bill"
It's like trying to convince someone that green grass is blue.
You have a point. There are many other casinos which doesn't require such verification. However, as previously explained we are obliged towards our Licensor to require KYC because of the reason mentioned earlier.
This is utter bullshit, first of all you don't operate under valid license, you have seal status.
Second, many crypto gambling sites are operating under curacao license and they are not enforcing KYC for every single withdrawal.
And third:

Hello marlboroza,

Thanks for your post.

I couldn't help but notice you are under the impression of game-protect's replies, even though his claims are absolutely wrong. Our license is valid.
Second, we do not enforce KYC for every single withdrawal like you said. KYC is done only once, prior first withdrawal. Please try to read T&C.

As for the video call, we do have that option, however, we usually request selfie with ID as a proof.

the part about "not heavy KYC" made me chuckle
you are required to post your ID and utility bill (and a selfie) prior first withdrawal
so there is a 100% chance that you will be asked identification, unlike in some casinos where you might not be,except when their security is having some questions
about minors: instead of giving this excuse, get some different age verification online  instead
 https://agechecked.com/ or similar
what is the point of introducing cryptocurrencies i na casino when you are guaranteed NOT to remain anonymous

Hello veleten,

Thanks for your post.

There are probably casinos which doesn't require that kind of verification, but that's the procedure with us ever since. We are here to promote what we are doing best, and that's instant payouts. Of course, there are dozen more casinos with that practice, but quite few RTG casinos with that kind of service.

About the minors, we are not giving any excuses. As mentioned previously, this is the way we are dealing business ever since and it turned out as pretty conventional method. However, you gave us a very constructive proposal which we will consider carefully and thank you for that.

There are too much personal information required to sign up, this is most likely site with heavy KYC policy.

And yes, I am the manager of Casino Brango. Reason why referral link is implemented in the original post is because of the sign-up bonus. When you sign your account through referral link, you are automatically eligible for BTALK30. Otherwise, you won't be able to claim it.

Hope this helps.

I dont consider this thing to be a light KYC process imagine giving out an ID is already a big NO for most gamblers how much more on giving out your utility bill with a recent Address of your own Home thats too much information needed just for the sake on playing out since there are lots of options to play into other casinos which doesnt require those things.

But the point is, by gambling on crypto world using crypto currency means that we as players want to be anonymous and if we need to be taken a KYC then it would be pointless to play on this kind of site. You should really take research before you are opening a new site. This KYC thing and some personal infornation is really absolutely secure on each players hand, they would not give this just because they want to gamble

Hey BTCevo,

Thanks for your post.

Completely understand the question ,but how do you protect the wager from the minors in such cases? That is something we are obliged to enforce by our Licensor.

This site is launched last year as mentioned in OP, probably they were FIAT based gambling site that has just started to accept cryptocurrencies as optional payment method. I have seen many similar sites (Fiat sites started to accept crypto) but all of them do not give any exceptions to crypto gamblers to stay anonymous.

Hello to everyone,

And thank you for your posts and comments.

Thank you for the info and you are already on the Curacao licensing scam casinos list!

Hey Game-Protect,

You have absolute right to blacklist us, but it doesn't seem fair. However, this is open forum and you can do as you please.

It's simply amazing how hard you game-protect is trying to depreciate someone's work. I checked the list of "scam" casino and found a couple eminent casinos blacklisted. You basically claim that for example Bitstarz is illegally licensed Casino?  Grin Now I know that competition is harsh, but dealing business based on lies is such pity.  Cry
I did not know that Brango and Extreme casino give brain wash schoolings to their shill account posters!

However, the constellation illegally licensed casino does not exist! The license is either legally valid or not, but illegally valid is not possible! Cheesy

Pity or not, shady casinos do business based on lies and many of them find enough dumb players to believe their lies!  Shocked
