Or you can graph them urself if you do not want to look at coinmarket cap.  I think it is the only site that list graph from initial price to the current price.  Exchanges i guess starts the graph of the coin on its initial transaction.

The biggest coin fluctuate when there is change in value during transaction.

Yes, there is. Just try to look at the coinmarketcap chart, and you will see the price at the ico price and after went to the exchange site. For the more information just try to visit the exchange website and take a look at his chart, The new chart of the coin usually the ico price of the coin itself.


How did price fluctuate in biggest coins?
The fluctuate within the same line with the most prominent coin.

Besides coinmarketcap I can't think of anything, but it doesn't always show ICO price. Sometimes it's higher when it hits the first exchange. You can also check ICO prices in the respective threads in bitcointalk, I mean that's what most people do.
