DTSM is another great one, I switched from EWBF and saw an increase of around 5%, which is about an actual 3% increase when you take into account the DTSM developer fee.

Which software may be the best to mine Zcash with 1080ti linux/windows?

I am using EWBF for my 1080ti's mining zec in windows OS, so far no complaint about it, and super stable easily achieved 690-700 however i'm sticking on lower clocks for 650h/s preferred less power consumption. other users reported DSTM's a bit higher hashrates, you may check on the threads below.

That's what I'm using on my 1070ti rigs for zec and zen.  Couldn't think of the name of the miner, but that's the one Vosk used in his video.
