If you own the keys you own the coins. Fair is fair.
Nope it's not fair. It should be at least 1 week to be fair. For instance, I'm investing on something and I'm recieving my coins back after 5 days. And you distributed those coins when I don't have balance. That's not fair, that's luck.
If one week was given then tons of people would have created a metric fuck ton of almost dust addresses in order to farm this coin.
Take responsibility of your coins.
Luck is going to be more around the "Proof of Stake". Which is mostly why I'm interested in this personally. It makes sense to reward the people who are taking the risk and securing the network. Seems eco friendly as well.
Those exchanges could credit their customers who helped them obtain the CLAMS.
Why should they? Can dev team assure that?
I don't think they should give the customers the CLAMS personally.
I know one of the CLAM devs was (and I'm sure still is) really strong about trying to get exchanges to give folks back their CLAMS.
No way a dev team could assure anything like that... "We are going to force everyone to get their coins back they don't deserve from these huge services."
You think exchanges have 50% of all BTC, LTC and DOGE addresses??? Seems stupid high.
Nope I think more than 50%. And that's not stupid. You may check from here:
http://www.walletexplorer.com/Ya actually it is stupid. Regardless of true or false. You can check here
www.Mtgox.com.
If you are reading this shit and considering doing this crypto thing... sync up a fucking wallet or lose your ass or be in something you are willing to lose your ass in. (losing your ass means also means not getting CLAMS and other future altcoins due to not controlling private keys)
Who cares what a exchange got anyways.
Current investors should! Because they're paying ~0.007 btc to it
Digging your free CLAMS cost 0 BTC as long as you have CLAMS that are attached to your BTC, LTC or DOGE addresses that were in use over the set "dust" amount for that coin on May 12th, 2014. If done right it is risk free (about to address that.)
You can dig your free CLAMS and sell them for BTC right away. Each address is worth .026 BTC atm.
I don't trust this coin, I don't give my priv keys to you or justdice
And don't tell me "you can move your coins before importing", Maybe I'm using same address more than once and how would I know you won't steal my coins? That's too shady...
No ones asking for your trust. Just-dice only offers a service for ppl who need it and trust JD. JD also doesn't save your private keys ect, but again... you aren't expected to trust this. CLAM is all
open source.
Why not tell you that you can empty the address prior to digging your CLAMS. Maybe if you are using the same address more than once you won't compromise your private key for a altcoin... Duh? lol
For example if you are using a address for referral income... maybe that one isn't a great one to dig CLAM off of at the time.
The CLAMS that were given for free to people don't have a expiration date on them. In fact all these coins share the same private keys (that is how the distribution was done... if you want a example of how private keys are shared check out
www.Buttcoins.com.)
Each empty DOGE address is worth like... 50k DOGE.
yeah it is...
I know it is that's why I said it was
So you are telling me for a community such as DOGE or LTC it might not be in their interest to have a group "dig" and try to suck the BTC out of the CLAM bid and into their own?
There was a person, business or entity who dug 25,000 Litecoin addresses at once... kind of a crazy number, but it appears they have all been sold.
That's a lot of CLAMS!
