Anyone know just how long it takes? Cause my clients site has had way more then 10k hits with these on them and nothing has showed up.

Go to your wordpress settings. Find the settings for ads and insert the info.
I have done that. How do i get peoples ad campaigns to show up on the banners.
Ads will appear automatically when their code will sense new pageviews of your site containing their ad code.
