Yup. It's not made for prestigious websites. It's very easy to install, loose rules, and it's possible to use even anonymously but that's about all the advantages it offers in my opinion.

The Best way to get unique visitor for a-ads adverts is to use mellowads pop up campaign. First, get their daily faucet reward. a-ads is one of the oldest services in this space. It'd be pretty risky for them to account all kinds of views but in my experience, for websites that aren't prone to abuse they pay out pretty well on each view. Easy to set up but a bit low paying.

If you really want to get a unique impression better to promote your faucet in social media which is not related in bitcoin that i think you can get unique impression there but since its not related in bitcoin just few traffic you can get.
Because if you targeting bitcoin related expect that those who are claiming to your faucet will also the same person will claim after few hours or depends what is the reset time of your faucet claim..
it is hard to get large traffic and unique traffic if you are promoting your faucet in none related.. but just promote it in twiiter and facebook daily i think you can increase your unique traffic..
