I also remember that topic where they'll try to convert your current VIP level from stake to their casino but I can't exactly remember if it was discussed here or on their forum.
Then again, I think it's better to start all over again if you're switching to a new casino because converting your levels to another casino could mean missing out on the initial rewards you'll get from leveling up your VIP account.

Yes there was not only 1 site if I remember correctly where the site provide "account level transfer", I tried it one but I forget the name of the casino. What I remember is that it is basically give no great benefits to do such account level transfer because we missed many thing especially the level up reward provided by the other site. Maybe it will only give jump progression in the new site for the VIP level but I dont think it is good enough. I agree that it is better to start from zero in a new site and enjoy the process and progress.
