Hi everybody! I'm living in
Arnhem Bitcoin City, in the Netherlands. If you have not heard about this city being a Bitcoin City then you might have heard the name from the WWII Operation Market Garden // "A bridge too far".
It's only 30 mins to the German border or 1 hour to Amsterdam and it has an international train station which makes it ideal for your next Bitcoin-only trip.
In the city centre of Arnhem there are over 100 brick and mortar merchants accepting Bitcoin as means of payment and also Lightning Network!
Everything you need in your daily life can be bought with bitcoins. You can easily survive without ever spending euros: supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, bars, shops, gasstation, parking and even a dentist.
We organise monthly meetups. Feel free to join us! We all speak English and most of us also German (zumindest ich ;-) )
