Wouldn't a coin that had a (let's say) 100 kh/s max speed you can use? Most people that are getting into coins nowadays (mostly through doge and it's sudden reach) don't have a mining rig but they do have laptops/older pc's that would let them atleast mine something per day.

I believe this would get a lot of users to start using more than the rest of the altcoins since it's more fair than people struggling with 60kh/s get destroyed by others doing 30Mh/s. So I believe this coin would be very useful and would gain a lot of worth.

Any ideas on how to make it better? Feel free to share here, hope someone would take the time to research if this is actually a good idea or not.

Why would it be fair if people with a low hashrate get as many coins as people with a high hashrate? Smiley

If you limited it people would just run more instances to circumvent the limit.

How would you limit usage?
I doubt someone hashing scrypt at 30mhs would have just 1 rig.
