I personally feel docademic did a very good job of this, first having a product then releasing a coin around it!
Many projects has a working product but it is not enough, making it successful in the market is harder than building it, games are also not long term products I would not invest in them.
you are right, because there are many projects that have released the product or launched its platform this year, but it seems very difficult to make it grow. so they still need time to develop their projects and prove that they belong to or be used by everyone.
I don't think it is only aircoin that has lunch a working product, numerous project has a working product before even coming to join the blockchain.

Well i hope they will transfer or upgrade their game on some faster network as eth network is already clogged and slow, it is literally taking days for a simple transfer that usually takes about a minute, i hope the congestion will clear soon but these games if went viral can also cause these clogs.
