HOW DO YOU SELL RIPPLES?

I sold mine for a couple of thousand dollars worth of BTC on btc38.com a long time back.

So... this guy, a logic professor devises strategies for gambling. LOLOLOL.

And he uses playing a lame MORPG (multiplayer online rpg, since it's not really Massive) as basis for his "strategy".

Wow... Who wrote this shit?

what does it have to do with ripple?

Can't you see from the article? Ripple has re-invented banking!

All bitcoin ever did was make banking obsolete.

Cant you see that the latter is much more ingenious?

trading ripple was good business. allowed me to make a bit of bits while sitting on my ass. i think its misleading though. while i was doing it ripple had some hiccups and that kept me cautious enough to not do it on a large scale. don't get me wrong, ripple is still a scam. their business plan is literally along the lines of early shitcoins.

Well it is centralized so there might be something controlling it flow.

Oh I see. I somehow missed the one paragraph about ripple.

Well, ripple can only do what it does because it is centralized.

I had 2000 stuck in bitstamp, I converted it to ripple to withdraw and it took a week to sell off for bitcoin.

I have a hard time believing this bollocks

I think simply your order - your intended BTC/XRP ratio - was not met. If i want to exchange them at market price, BTC/XRP conversion was instantaneous for me.

No the order on bitstamp was instantaneous but it took a week to sell off 225k ripple on any other platform.

Last summer, Crypto Joe couldn’t afford a plane ticket to see his wife in Europe. By November, he was seriously considering whether or not he should step down from his position as a tenured professor teaching philosophy and logic—after making more money trading cryptocurrencies than his annual salary in the span of a few short months.

“I initially got into this because I needed some money,” said Joe, who wishes to keep his real identity private. Before long, he’d not only booked a flight but paid off the entirety of his credit card debt and then some. “But it wasn’t just a cool way to make money. It was such a cool system. I became completely addicted to the speed of trading on the Ripple platform.”
