you can create payment request through a simple code, it practically tells your bitcoin wallet two variables: one for the address that you should pay to and one is the amount

If you mean Bitcoin address by "code" then yes you can send and receive from the same Bitcoin address from and to other bitcoin addresses. It's how simple Bitcoin is to use

I'm not sure on what are you are asking about, but from what I've been able to understand is that you are asking how can you be paid when having a mining contract. The code you are talking about is the address generated for you to deposit funds and buy mining power. Then you will need to set your own address in order to receive your payments.
