IMO, if you have multiple accounts, you should publicly disclose that you own them.
I disagree.
The user above, used both accounts to join bounties, so he is clearly looking for money.
What do you really expect to see on this forum? People coming here to talk about bitcoin? C'mon man, open you eyes. 99.99% members joined this forum because of money or to promote something(final goal = money). It become boring to say "if you come to this forum because of money blablabla"
What guarantee does he have that he doesn't have more accounts and that he isn't using them to milk money with his own bounties?
I bet 10$ he does, although no one has found any so I could easily lose this bet  Wink

Nah not really. I've disclosed my alt account which I use to access the forum via insecure connections/devices, but I don't expect users to do the same. In some instances this would defeat the object of having a alt account. For example, if you run a account which offers a service to people, and are trying to look professional you might not want your comments on politics, and unpopular opinions on certain subjects to be associated with the account that's offering the service. If you run a charity accepting Bitcoin you might not want to have it known that you quite enjoy spending your money on porn site invites, and tokens for camgirl sites.

Although, the majority of people don't need alt accounts there are certainly legitimate reasons to have one.

Is having multiple accounts really that bad? From what I see, it's not like he abused his power and participated in bounties ran by himself. He doesn't seem to be abusing any bounties. I would hardly consider him famous.

I have the "no multiple account" rule in campaigns I manage, but it's only banning people from participanting in the campaign with multiple accounts. I have the account DarkStar_alt; does that make me not reputable?

When a reputable manager can use multi accounts, it is frustrating and when s/he says in her/his campaign that multiple accounts are not allowed to signature campaign then there is no value for that reputation. I am attracting the attention of the moderators and hope to take the right steps.
Having multiple accounts is not against the forum rules. (NOTE: ban evasion is the obvious exception here) What do you expect the moderators to do exactly? Huh

riyad is permabanned so it's probably ban evasion more than anything.
^--- This on the other hand is against the forum rules. You're not allowed to create/use other accounts to get around a ban.

I do not know whether these accounts cheated in same Bounty. But all accounts are operated by the same User.

Why? What is wrong with that? I don't see it's frustrating, the correct word I think is "envy". If you can cite a rule having multi accounts is prohibited, I'll give you merit.

Moderators doesn't participate in such stuffs (scam, non related to forum).

Only those active DT members would care to put a -ve trust to these accounts, if proven..
But you've said.. So I guess thats it.
