I highly suggest that you do not use any web wallet (e.g. blockchain.info). You should use a wallet that is created locally and properly back it up. All of the most popular wallet software have instructions on backing up and will usually instruct you to do so before using the wallet.

I suggest that you use Mycelium or Electrum. In general any wallet listed on https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet is a good choice.

Regarding buying Bitcoin with western union, few exchanges allow that. If you want to do such transfers to buy Bitcoin, I suggest that you find a trader on localbitcoins.com and get your Bitcoin there. Just be sure to check the feedback ratings of the person you are trading with and always use the LocalBitcoins escrow.

Check out https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet and its android section for a wallet. I'm currently using Mycelium.
You also might want to find an alternative to Western Union/Bitcoin transfers since they generally have high fees. Depending on what you are trying to do.

I'd go against the suggestion of an online wallet (blockchain.info wallet) since you don't truly controls your funds.

Hey. I lost my old bitcoin information from over a year ago. I no longer have my computer. The wholse shabang. Basicly im working working off an android phone and i need advice on a trusted wallet and btc provider for western union transfers. Also need to make sure this can all be done using a phone not a computer.

Any help is appreciated. Sorry if the answers are obvious i work 60+ hours and dont have time to skim through 101 pages of unrelated answers. Thank you.
