The guy on the video got another video a few days ago which I saw on the Twitter of @DocumentingBitcoin.

If you will check the tweet here: https://twitter.com/DocumentingBTC/status/1363157120041033732?s=20

The answer for the majority question of the people to the guy is he HODL along the way? The answer is yes, and as he said, he bought more and HODL again. Congratulation to him for having no weak hands, he really worth the patience!
Wow, this is without a doubt a great development, can you imagine the kind of perseverance that you need in order to keep holding your coins for that long despite everything that has happened in the market? We must understand that the success of bitcoin is apparent now, which is why we see so many people wanting to get in thinking they will get the same kind of profits, but to invest when things were not as clear and there was a legitimate risk as this revolutionary idea was too new so I am happy that it paid off for him.

It is great to see that there are so many people who are still happy and excited about the price of Bitcoin,
Nowadays we just seems to ignore it and take it for granted.
And congratulations on all of those who stayed strong while Bitcoin was having a hard time and crashing,
I hope we could also see more of those kind who would HODL if the market starts to go down again.

Really good to see those early days of bitcoin. At least it is well documented in social media and we have one in Youtube like the OP shared here. And probably we will see people recording their reaction to $50k and in the future we are going to see it when bitcoin hits $500k-$1 million. We are really part of a big history here, and just like the guy on that video, maybe in 10 years we are are going to see ourselves in that guys shoes.
This is not difficult to believe, if we take a look to see our own opinions just a few years back you will see that many people were worried about the price reaching 1k or 2k and now we are way above those quantities so it is not difficult to believe that those that are worried about the price being too high at 50k in just a few years or a decade will look to us exactly like that video, it will be a reminder of how naive we were and how much bitcoin has grown since then.

It must have been a great feeling for that guy, because very few people in the world knew about Bitcoin at that time. And then he set a target like $100 and he succeeded, leaving him unable to control himself.

I am now very curious to know what this guy took from Bitcoin's $55k+ break experience in the crypto community.

Feeling of regret is there for sure because he would really be having that thought in mind that if had just able to held up until now then he would be already that rich guy

or simply financially free when it comes to that manner. This kind of opportunity doesnt really come often and minding off that what if you do able to held that one then

you can really picture out on ones mind on how much money you do have on this moment but well,  past is part and one thing is good that you do able to make money with that price point.

It’s a priceless feeling for these guy and every adopters who doubt but still onhold into their BTC, it’s like a feeling of something we’re not sure but we really did it since we somehow believe it’s worth trying, so congratulations to every btc holders who make up-to this far from experiencing banning of different countries, negative feedbacks , scam accusation and etc, all the wait paid off since we believe. Note to those who early out their profit, don’t regret as long as you’re in profit it’s still a good move and a safe decision.

Yeah, I've watched this video and can't stop laughing while seeing his expressions and thinking how would he actually feel today when seeing BTC over $55k and still breaking records while making new ATH every single day. ATH has become a hoke for BTC since institutions have started fighting over accumulation of BTC, trust me this is just the accumulation phase of institutions and once they're done, we people may not even see BTC under a million dollars, that's when Satoshi's dream will come true (but did he want that all the BTC go into the pockets of these giant institutions only?!).

This kind of Video makes me more desperate and bitter why did i not invested back in 2015 when Bitcoin was first introduce to me , instead i denied and say that this is only a scam investment.

Look at His Eyes , it is a sincere and legit glow as the promise of Bitcoin breaks a Hundred dollar valu.e
Do not be sad that you didn't buy earlier, think about all the people who would be sad in 2030 because they didn't buy it in 2021, think about all the people would be devastated that they didn't buy it in 2030  when we are in 2050 so basically it is not going to be that bad for you if you are in it right now and buy as much as you can afford today and wait another 10 years like this guy had to. Do not focus on what you missed out, focus on what you can make and you will be a lot happier about it.

I personally feel very luck that I am here right now, even if the price starts to drop right now, I made about 8x to 9x return just in the past 1 year, that is still insanely high, and I believe as long as I keep buying more and more, in 10 years I am going to be as rich as the guy in that video as well. All you have to do is have faith in the future of crypto and you still have a chance to get rich.

I am sure he was very happy to see bitcoin reaching $100 because, at that time, it needs to wait for some time to see bitcoin price can increase. I am sure that is almost the same as when we see bitcoin price can break $19k, $30k, $40k, and $50k. We will be happier when bitcoin can reach $100k or even $1M someday because that means we will make a lot of money. But I wonder if that guy still has some bitcoin that he kept from a long time ago because if he still had that bitcoin, I am sure he will have a big smile on his face. After all, he is making a big profit.

The truth is that most holding the coins from the beginning will not be having a huge chunk of coins in 2021 as we use to sell the coins whenever the price rallies and i am always a long time holder but my majority of the coins i had 5 years ago slimmed down but the valuation raised substantially and it is good to see these retro pics not a decade ago as everyone was rejoiced to see $100 but now the valuation has blown the market to levels i never anticipated in 2021.

He is not the only one celebrating millions of have already celebrated and still celebrating on what Bitcoin have achieved in the past and now, I myself held a drinking party when I made profit three years ago when Bitcoin hit an all time high the first, for me every milestone is a big celebration, not only when you made a profit.
I had something special as well. I was around when bitcoin was at around that video time, I came in right during that period or a bit afterwards I think. Of course I do not know exact date when that video was shot but when I came to bitcoin the price was around 135 dollars if I remember correctly. At 20k dollars I got out, and I literally sold all my coins as well, I spent some of it for my house and some of it for fun stuff I have to accept and I put the rest back into crypto which was a horribly long period to wait but finally we are once again super high.

I remember one night when the price reached 20k, I called up all my friends, cashed out some money, me and my wife and all our friends went to a place we like so much, it wasn't an expensive place obviously it was actually quite affordable place, but I paid everyone's money and we had so much fun, that was a special day.

Would love to see his recent reaction now, and most especially if he still have some Bitcoin with him or if he hodl.
Videos like this, are very historical to the history of Bitcoin and should be properly documented. It will be useful for the coming generations who will obviously make great use of Bitcoin.

Very interesting video, when 2013 Bitcoin reaches $ 100 it is a very extraordinary thing. So it's no wonder so many people were happy at that time,
they were early adopters who certainly didn't expect Bitcoin in 2021 to hit the price of $ 57k. If that person is still holding Bitcoin until now, I make
sure that person is a rich person.

Based on the video, we can actually learn that Bitcoin is very potential. Try to imagine in the next 5 years Bitcoin should be very expensive,
so actually starting to buy Bitcoin from now on is not too late in my opinion. Because the potential for Bitcoin price to go up is enormous.

Really appreciate for an early adopter of Bitcoin. We know that the Bitcoin journey at the beginning is so Hard, too many Bads news, FUD, and many people against it. But this guy is trusting it. I don't know who is he but if he still holding their Bitcoin, He is a millionaire now. $100-$57K. what an increase

It was really a happy moment for those who were in this market from that time. Though i entered into this market when bitcoin was $800+ back in that time and now regretting for not buying in that time more. Hopefully, everyone's hodling bitcoin for next ATH of $100k. It's become a great day when we get a new ATH of Bitcoin.

If he's happy then most probably he do able to sell off some of his coins if not all then that would be good but if he had sold it out then seeing this current price
of bitcoin in todays market would really make himself do make out some extreme regrets of not holding up. Lots of similar stories about those bitcoin price
breakthrough success into those early years which you cant really blame them off because if we are on their foot then most likely
we will surely be selling out our coins on securing out your profit. We cant predict the future thats why mistakes like these are possible.

I was one of these people, but for me it was 250 dollars and not 100 dollars. When I first came into bitcoin the price was about 150 bucks or so I think, or a bit less (considering how small it was, it was literally smaller than all top 20 coins of today I suppose) and eventually it broke over 250 bucks and I was incredibly happy, I talked about it to my dad and mom, and I talked about it to my girlfriend (now wife) and basically everyone.

Eventually bitcoin broke over 20k and everyone assumed I was incredibly rich, but what they didn't know was that I sold when it was nearing 3k dollars Cheesy. Of course I still made a good profit and I earned a lot more later on as well but the fact is that if I kept it today, I would have been a millionaire, whereas I just had a good long vacation with that money instead, which come to think of it, wasn't even that great of a vacation neither.

Looking back now, it's funny how we celebrated all those significant milestones Cheesy

I have screenshots from $666, $6666 and $10000 round in preev somewhere.

You're a very old hand then! I remember $1000 (second time around) very well, people were mainly saying it couldn't last and it would fall back again (like in 2013) but once ETH and LTC started doing weird moves people were wondering what was going on then.

Imagine people in the future looking at our posts being amazed at $55k!
No need to celebrate that kind of things and be transparent toward other people, because they're just creating an evil eyes from other who can read the OP. I suggest it's good to be more humble instead of being so proud. We don't know other person struggles much, and possible depression might affect them if they seen this kind of news circulating on the internet, specially on social media.

I didnt celebrate $100, most of what Bitcoin I got was to go towards costs so it wasnt mine to keep at any price unfortunately.    If I had been holding a while it would been nice to see a big gain just like people feel similar now.    I wish I'd been around in the wallet mining days when it really wasnt costing much to mine, cpu based but gpu was always a bit of an energy hog.   I've no idea what they spend now but I think its about hardware development so still not a cheap prospect exactly.

I wish we had more historical threads and records of this kind.   They had to close a couple of threads classic ones from BTC origins even though the OP was still active on one of them like once a year.   Helps to add perspective to the growth in Bitcoin I think, a ton of people came later and missed this launch phase to BTC; I wish we'd been able to keep mining forever tbh as it involves the user base more and is more decentralised imo

Many users surprise of how bitcoin price go. Also some people regrets of being weak hands selling bitcoin when it was cheap before. Looking at the current price they will feel regret for sure. This is the momentum that in crypto we can't predict the price. We experience this before the excitement when Bitcoin reached an all time high, so hope Op, still has the diamond hands holding bitcoin until now.

Great to see this historical video and the guys reaction.

We have all been experiencing these emotions in the last month especially
and even today as we pass $57k. I too hope he is still in Bitcoin and maybe
on the forum perhaps?

Yes, it feel's nostalgic to see this historical video and makes me ask myself where am I in 2013? Probably gambling all my hard earn money, Lol, I should have invested on bitcoin back then (if I knew it) and could be millionaire by this time.

In any case, we are not late, maybe in 2023 or 2033 we can all be millionaires if we keep on saving our money and invest it on bitcoin today and be that guy in the future.
We don't bother to think about the value of Bitcoin before and think that it can be doubled or even tripled in the coming years. We spend all of it in every time to get some. We're not truly an investor that we need to hold to make a profit, we mostly paid every week, and that it comes into our mind that there is next week.

If we all have learned and think that Bitcoin will have this rally, I believe that everyone is holding since that time, but the majority won't make it. And this is the reason why we keep blaming ourselves till the end.

I hope his still on bitcoins today and keep holding on what he earns from the past since if he do that for sure he became a multi millionaire today. But I guess this long time holding is almost impossible if he's a trader since most provably he cash out already his gains from bitcoins when it reach the ATH at that date. Also this is a great throw back since it gives a good price insight before and will tell on how can we possibly gain if we hold.

So HODL guys and became rich in future.

Those milestones are very nostalgic when we're going to see the early adopters memories that has been shared years ago.

I think that I would make one for myself just for the keeps when bitcoin reaches $100k. Well, I hope so too that the guy is still holding bitcoins and left for long term holding.

This is a massive definition of how times flies; fast forward 9 years; and his 100$ worth of bitcoin would be worth much, much much if he held on to it. And this is the beauty of the blockchain. HE HODL!
