It's a bit odd indeed. One would think he would buy a Legendary account to post in sig campaigns for a decent rate, since rates are a waste of time unless you are Hero+, but he isn't even doing that.. so what does he gain?
A Legendary account is really expensive to buy. An Hero account goes for 1+BTC or that used the price, so I can't imagine for how much a Legendary account goes.

Some people just have absolutely nothing better to do I suppose. I finally bothered to look at the post history after seeing this same behavior in another thread, so I just added him to my ignore list so not to waste time on further dead ends.

Would be helpful if you quoted a source for this please. Although downvoting operations on that site are as old as reddit itself. I know of at least 3 bots on github that can do this for you automatically.
