......I revisit and reply to a topic just to get it bumped back into the spotlight because it is too good to allow it to be lost in the sea of inferior posts.

You pick one or two key words out of the OP and proceed to writing random babble and filler words while repeating those two key words three or four times per sentence.

ex. "I'm know I'm a user at BitcoinTalk when I'm using Bitcoin talk on my time for bitcoin liking and talking about using of the forum at Bitcoin talk so therefore I am knowing that I am a user"..... 75 characters?...? PAYDAY!
