Crypto investors are long term investors. They tend to hold on their buy positions for longer periods usually for months or years. Most likely this held postions has no plan of withdrawal within a short period of time. Currently bitcoin against usd is on a bearish trend this is a good opportunity for traders to short the market but for investors its a perfect time to buy more coin other than doing a way with their coin.
In crypto space someone has to go broke for someone else to get rich
Do you want to blame how the crypto market works?It is not a must to earn by making others go broke. If they cannot get profits today, they can keep it to the next bullish. Also, we all know about the risk in crypto, the prices of most crypto coins are too volatile and unpredictable. So, if someone really goes broke on trading or investment, he should already know the risk from the beginning, or even before joining crypto. In addition, if you want to lower the risk to go broke, you need to learn and have enough experience.
Why called them heroes when they invested for their on gains too? You can't expect people to invest so that other people can make gains, everyone is investing for their own gains either short term or long term, I don't see any heroism act here mate

For what though? They panicked and they didn't trust that bitcoin is going up, are we going to glorify their short-sightedness. The people that are getting in when the prices are high and do not panic sell and buy are the real heroes because they are on the risk as OP has said, if I may add, I want to to thank the traders that are losing and profiting in the market as you are the reason that the market is active

There's this guy that I follow since last year who has made some great calls. He mentioned that it is smart to buy a coin on a bull market when it breaks its previous ATH (2017/2018). That was certainly the case on BTC and many of the old altcoins.~

For long term there is nothing to worry about because bitcoin adoption rate will keeps growing, for short term I'm not sure because there will always be corrections and bear market, it's wise to be prepared for both sides
Even if bitcoin goes above $100k, the majority of people will still be investing in it. One thing certain about bitcoin is that ''it has come to stay" and it's unpredictable. Your investment will surely yield profit no matter how long or time it takes.
There is one thing I'm so sure of, crypto won't keep surging so I'd advice you guys to avoid getting too hooked to crypto bullish season, don't dare dream of long term bull season without proper preparations for bear market, at one point in time it's definitely going to happen.

Yes, they are brave to buy bitcoin now because we think they will spend so much money to buy bitcoin, but maybe we do not know their plan to say that.
Every big investor knows what they do before they invest in anything, including bitcoin, and I am sure they can accept the risk of investing in bitcoin.
I would call them not lucky to buy bitcoin at a very low price a few years ago, but now they can buy bitcoin at the current price.
Me still buying bitcoin at 60k, still picking up the pieces anyways, ethereum is going 4000$ soon, who is with me on this one? Bitcoin is 100% well recognized now, way better than past years so of cos new money will keep coming
Many people already recognized bitcoin even if the price is not at 60k. Even before also have bullish but not the same as now. It is mentioned in previous reply that someone has to go broke for someone to get rich or earn profit. Even if the price did not decreased that much but still it is a loss profit.

When new inflow or outflow of capital occurs, the cycle will be repeated. Rich gets richer and poor get poorer, always. However, they get richer or poorer because of their decisions, investments or tradings. They can not blame on the market or the others (the poor can not blame on the rich why they only get poorer)

But actually we don't know if this is really a top market, cause based on the bullish happening on the past few months, some say that the bull run or market will continue to round down and increase its marketcap. Im not sure but as a trader, I'm always making sure that charting is being observed properly to avoid massive loss. also always remember that a traders or buyers bottom is another traders or buyers ATH

I mean that's true actually, I guess a lot of newbies actually did it, and actually, most of the investors would just buy at a high price especially if they know the potential of that token.
It could be a risky buy but I wouldn't mind buying when it's a low market cap token in the market and still has a lot of room to grow, the potential of pumping up to even higher for an even higher profit is there.
Also, some are just taking the risk because only a small percentage of the investors could exit at the peak of the market and you don't really know if it's already the peak.
It has been a decision at this time that the market is on high ground so it is impossible to wait for a more basic because now it will never happen.
Investors already know the risks that will be taken in the profits they are targeting, of course, in the analysis that has been strong before and now they buy at higher prices is a natural thing and this sees a future with higher adoption.

Just tell me one thing, how do you define the top of the market? Does that mean the market has peaked and won't go up anymore? How can you say that for sure?

I think these two word have different meaning. Brave is a decision and ambition is desire that is often described as rashness. Investors' brave to invest a lot of money in their investment in crypto because they have considered the risk of loss and the possibility of profit after the analysis is carried out. Since crypto investing and trading is a high-risk activity, anyone with big ambitions for success should be aware of the risk. Everyone has different financial capabilities, they must manage it well without ignored the risk.

I hope that next year there will be more who: (dare) to become investors.Actually investors are not brave, but ambition to take profits, before that the risk has been considered by them before and after investing.
A year or two before investors were eyeing or predicting the coins they wanted to target.
Everyone drives crypto to it's present state, institutions or even retail investors, those average joe who believed in this technology and that it can be a life changing. I wouldn't call them courageous, perhaps on the first 10 years of bitcoin, we have seen tremendous growth and probably in the next 10 years we will see the same. So it's more on what they believed, and they hold they bitcoin will go on another bull run in the next coming years.

Let's stop calling this present bull season a pump of get rich quick scheme, if you think it is well you are wrong, bitcoin is more recognized as a real stronger store of value, it's going to keep getting stronger and stronger

Courageous? You probably don't know what courageous means, because buying bitcoin doesn't make you courageous. Bitcoin has a bright future, and it's only 11 years old. People who buy these days, and especially the true believers, know that they won't lose their money. Fiat inflates, while bitcoin deflates. The real courageous are those who still save up on the dollar. They're usually those who haven't discovered bitcoin yet.

You do get that the word "pump" has a negative meaning on the stock market, right? You do get that there's no pump that isn't followed by a dump? I wouldn't, personally, "salute" the people that pump the bitcoin price, since they're usually those who see it as a get-rich-quick scheme.
