"Samourai" used to have a "Trusted Node" feature... looks like it has been removed and you now need to install their "Dojo" Server: https://docs.samourai.io/en/dojo

"Bitcoin Wallet for Android" (aka the Schildbach wallet), has a "trusted peer" option in the settings which connects directly to a single node.

Green: Bitcoin Wallet (aka Blockstream Green) also has a "client side SPV" feature that allows connecting to a "trusted nodes" feature.

Is the seed BIP39 mnemonic phrase?
Because Electrum has an option to import BIP39 seed, you just have to tap the settings icon (gear) above the seed phrase box and tick "BIP39" in the mobile version.

I just got my own node running but the only wallet I can find to do this is Electrum which can't properly import my existing seed.

I'm about the break out some tools and start building my own app here. Huh
