That is gross misconduct.. The teacher should be fired by the school authority and the student taken to hospital for some laboratory test

He's definitely going to jail. For a long, long time. But you're right, the teacher has to go and get tested for a psych eval before being banned from all educational institutions, revoke his teaching licence and be part of the registered sex offenders forever and then jailed.
If the act of the teacher is true, just oh.... that is so unhygienic for the students and why semen. the teacher should be examined of having mindproblems. imagine that poor students playing that flutes whlist not knowing whats in there?
That's disgusting filthy instructor. How could he do that to his student? Maybe he should check his Psychiatrist, i am sure that he has some kind of disorder.
But I think this is not normal, in music lesson you have to bring your own instrument and usually instructor don't provide anything except instructions. The one who notice that too, is not normal I think.

Some people have really strange fetishes. And the biggest problem is that these people carefully chose their profession, so that they could be close with their victims. I read a news article somewhere that some of the pedophiles try to become Catholic priests, so that they could be close to the choir boys. There should be strong screening practices put in place to prevent such people from getting in.

Gosh this is so gross and disgusting, ironically very good people will apply to be janitors in the same school and they will not get the job because apparently they grew up in a voilent neighbourhood mad run some errands for some street dealers which ended them in jail for sometime. Our system is sick. I hope if this allegations are really true then the law will take it full course without biasenes and deliver the judgement

Well, I hope that he will go to the jail. He will get to know the taste of semen from all the other inmates (unless he joins some of the Mexican prison gangs). But the most important thing is that even after his punishment is over, he should not be allowed anywhere near the students. And his name must be added to the sex offender registry.

This is a very vile act on the part of the teacher who can lead to illnesses for students, if indeed he did it. I believe that it must be permanently removed from children so that he does not commit such actions any more.
^ I wouldn't go so far as wanting to close the school, but the teacher should be fired and probably go to jail if this is true. Not only is what he allegedly did disgusting but could leave the students vulnerable to STIs if he is carrying something.

This is really sick and i would like to know what the teacher seek to gain for this stupid act, He should suspended without salary whiles an investigation is launched into the matter and a psychological evaluation as well because only people with mental issues does that.
