I don't think they should be launching that product in the bearish market. Not many people like to try out things when their money is going down the drain day by day Also, they only support 3 exchanges at the moment. That's exactly the sort of mentality which is going to let Bitcoin (and other cryptos fall). Any service being released (whether a bear or bull market) is going to aid in Bitcoin's development.
