Sure, it could work. Not right now but maybe if ETH grows and gains more popularity then it could happen. Right now people can make the exchange but the user base would most likely be so small that it would not provide any profits, most likely not even break even. Right now all altcoins are just a spot filler for BTC till they actually become relevant enough to be taken seriously. ETH certainly is moving towards it but it is still way off for now.

I would use it!

You know what I would really like to see? A CoinStar machine, but instead of turning spare-drawer change into gift cards, turn it into ETH
