Why you want to create a copy of some already existing website instead create something of your own looks and design? Will it be accepting INR as a payment mode and is it based in India?

Could you tell something about yourself and your company and reason why currently you sharing this site when its not started as well?

Dear sir,
BTC-E has already seized, and is not functioning any more. Taking into account the interests of users we decided to make a new exchange with the same design.
About payment mode, INR acceptation is on the way. We are currently working out with fiat payment processors.

About ourselves:
We are a group of enthusiasts, programmers and power-users of old btc-e.

Reason why we share this website:
As I mentioned, we are testing the service. Much tester means minimum errors.
It was seized for sponsoring money laundering to hackers who hacked ICOs etc,so logically you too want to do that?
