I don't think that a new coin is needed. Except if when you buy an electronic product, you have to pay indirectly for the recycling of the product. I don't think that people will invest with your project and idea since you have distinguished it already on the name. There are plenty of same projects that conducted the same idea such as renewable energy, eco friendly project but all of them failed or some of them are still fighting and surviving.

My idea is develop a wallet and a blockchain, possibly phi2 based. I would create a team of development  that take a percentage of this coin.
