The ideal action would be to report to the moderator and they will take relevant actions. I don't think it is worth creating a thread. But from this newbie's post history, I think those posts have been deleted, and hopefully, he will be warned or punished accordingly.

Just report his posts to moderators.
If there are too many posts, then highlight it when reporting so that the mod can check the post history.
As far as I can see, his counters are at 0. Both activity and post count, I assume that one of the mods reacted. You can probably lock this topic.

To put in short, there's a newbie speedbitcoinwallet promoting a wallet, but he's cheating since he post his ads in every of his post, as we know newbies can't wear colorized and stylized signatures.
The link he posted is referral link, which mean he also broke the rules. I hope the moderators will nuke him very soon.
