It would be nice to first know what the basics are and what sort of software and skills will be needed then you can learn each section of coin creation separately. Its not a thing you can learn over night. A guide would be very helpful but I fear noone will come leaving their helpful posts Sad
I was expecting to learn the basics with this thread.I know one must need to learn the programming language to create a coin but what are the resources available to learn these languages online?

Hello! You can create your own coin like Bitcoin with a few simple clicks here ...  https://www.walletbuilders.com/
I think ready built coins are crap, name 5 successful ready built coins its better to learn C and QT then decide whether you want to code on you own or outsoucrce the coding or work with a team, ultimately learning how to code is the best way

It means all of the assets with instant builder are so crap. But what is the name 5? At least we won't like a weed. With own blockchain and full sync and permission. The standard to be a dev of coin. Must have a skill of the computing language.

cryptocurrencies are complex pieces of software. you cannot create it without having deep knowledge of programming, encryption and economics.
if you want to learn or play with the concepts to maybe in the future get ready to create your own coin, you can:

- find a coin github, clone the repository on your computer and play with the code, make personal builds etc
- go to https://cryptonotestarter.org, create your own cryptonote coin (like monero etc) and again study how it works, create a wallet and so on

Start here.  I'm serious.

This and Cryptography (Encryption, Hashing Algorithms) is another hugeeeeeee factor to consider.
On top of that, start with getting some knowledge on distributed networks and economics.

Once you have knowledge in the required domains, ideas will automatically start falling into place and you will automatically start doing research, read papers written on cryptocurrencies, improve upon your own ideas, grab new ideas from others and bamm! You're an expert Cheesy

But seriously, its not as easy as it sounds. XD

Now that I think about it, theres a lot of stuff to think about to create a cryptocurrency. XD

This seems good service for coin creation and I am aware of many similar services like CREATIO etc but I want a guide to help create a coin without using any "ready-made" coin.

I have created this thread to invite experts to give step-wise tutorials to noobs like me to create a cryptocurruncy.
Everyone is free to contribute but it should be kept as simple as possible and references and definitions should also be provided where it is necessary.I am making it self moderated to keep it clean from out of topic posts and making it unnecessarily lengthy.
You may leave your btc address for some tip for your contribution.I request everyone who benefits from this thread send tips to contributor. No need to say that I will do my bit and send tip upto 0.01 btc to the contributor depending on how useful I find his posts.
