A legislative group in the United Kingdom began gathering questions about cryptocurrency, defi, and blockchain usage in general, with the goal of regulating it.
Of course, they are concerned because they do not want consumers to be duped by dodgy crypto currencies and exchanges.
Only the most gullible would believe in anything like this; what they actually want is to control BTC, EtH, and Defi platforms like Ovenue Aave and Algorand since it eliminates their preferred intermediary and funder, banks. Would it surprise you if any of these individuals have close ties to the financial industry?
I certainly hope not, since they all do.
And when the same banks rip you out of your houses and raise interest rates, it is deemed perfectly legal and no one worries, no questions asked.
